Every exterior repaint at Solidarity starts the same way: the building gets washed. Paint applied over dirt, chalking old paint, or mildew is paint applied to a release layer — it lets go early, no matter how good the product is.
Pressure washing done right is about control. Too much pressure drives water into siding and joints or scars soft wood; too little leaves the contamination the wash was meant to remove. Solidarity matches pressure and technique to the surface — siding, stucco, decks, or concrete — and follows with hand scraping where the wash reveals failing paint.
It's also a standalone service: washing decks and fences ahead of staining, and refreshing exterior surfaces between paint cycles.
