Stucco & Concrete Restoration
Cracks are how water gets in. We close the door.

Stucco and concrete look permanent, but buildings move — and building movement leads to structural cracks that let water penetrate the surface. Once inside, water rusts the steel reinforcement, and the expanding rust breaks concrete away in spalls. What starts as a hairline crack becomes falling material and a structural problem.
Solidarity restores these surfaces with the method matched to the failure: chemical grout and epoxy injections for cracks, spall removal and repair where concrete has broken away, and replacement of failed sealants at joints.
Over crack-prone stucco, we frequently apply elastomeric wall systems — a finish that is cosmetic, but also durable and flexible enough to act as a moisture barrier. The building gets a fresh, uniform face, and the envelope underneath gets a raincoat that stretches with it.
What elastomeric actually is
An elastomeric waterproofing system is a thick, flexible coating normally used on exterior stucco with hairline cracks. It stretches as the surface moves, keeping cracks sealed and water out — where ordinary paint would simply crack along with the wall.
